I have a 9800se & want to bump up the clock speeds,is the coolermaster the best cooler to assist in this or is there a better cooling system. The coolermaster looks pretty good cos it uses liquid,or,am i being a total newbie & need to look elsewhere, please help ?
im almost certain the flower type gpu sink doesn't perform as well as I thought it would. The silent one, however is very nice. IMO, I would pick up a vga silencer. A lot cheaper (esp. when you factor in the fan). http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...186-110&depa=0
The one thing you have to watch is the clearance between the AGP-slot and the Northbridge... My Coolermaster Viva-cooler (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...103-151&depa=0) works fine and has the required 25mm (barely, had to adjust it and the wires coming off the 20-pin connector...).
And its silent...
Not like it matters to me though...
