Hi

I have been using the OCZ Vertex 4 for a while and everything has been great. I used it with Windows 7 and Windows 8.
Currently I am using Windows 8.
While playing a game and and browsing the Internet at the same time, I started getting lags in the PC, it would freeze for a few seconds.
I realized this could be a the storage drive issue, so I decided to restart my PC.

After the restart i could no longer get into windows, and received the following error.
A disk read error occurred
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to reboot

I tired to reinstall Windows 8, I formated the SSD drive, and deleted the System Reserved and the Windows, and created it new again.
Everything went fine, it went to the second step of getting ready for installation so it required a restart. I restarted the PC hoping i would be able to finish installing Windows 8.
However I still face the same Error as before.

How do overcome this issue?

Thanks
