Ok so my 9800GT got shipped to me like yesterday. Upon opening the package, I immediately noticed that the box looked beaten up. Closer examining the box, I found that the top has two cuts in it. Opening the box, I see that the plastic protective sheet on the card itself was peeling off.

Now, up to here, I can make the assumption that the card is either refurbished or has been returned.

So then, I plug it in, and it works all nice and dandy, but it sort of just makes me annoyed, a little, since I paid the full price for a refurbished product.

Should I RMA it or not? Give me your opinions.

I haven't checked for overclocking capabilities.

hmm, well I would keep it, since I hate waiting for RMA! But if you want a new box, RMA it
