That was easy. just rick clicked on the .exe and ran as administrator and it worked fine.
A Little Help Mobility X1600
Got a laptop, ASUS Z96JS.
Has a mobility X1600.
It is PCI-E 16.
Has 512MB on board.
I installed ATI Tool.
Says failed to load the driver, please run under administrator account.
I am the administrator.
So when ATI Tool opens, I get a zero option to adjust any of the clocks.
It is an Asus laptop that uses ASUS ATI drivers.
So what do I do?

I hope you are not overclocking that GPU.........
No I just wanted to find out what my core and mem were at.
