Hello forum!

My friend wanted to buy my old PC parts so I thought I would buy some new parts!

What motherboard and RAM would you recommend for an AMD Phenom II x6 1100T that could be overclocked?.

Im not going to buy the Bulldozer right away so I will wait with that.

The budget for the motherboard is around 240+ and RAM 100+ bucks for two dimms.

Many Regards

umm, if u r going to get a mobo, make sure it can support am3+ so u can upgrade later. Alot of the mobos that claim support for am3+ right now only applies to the new revision so watch out for that.

Those high end ASUS boards all support AM3+
The CL7-8-7 Ripjaws are on sale at $50/kit, they're not as good as the ECOs in overclocking & all but if the savings interest you go for it, still a decent kit.
