is this any good.. for those who no a thing or 2 about processors and motherboards.

CPU: 169.95$

AMD XP 3000+ SOCKET A CPU 333MHZ FSB RETAIL BOX Frequency at 2.167 GHz, 128KB L1 cache, 512KB L2 cache, ECC support, DDR memory support, Includes heatsink and fan for cooling.

Motherboard: 59.99$

Asus A7V600-X KT600 Socket A ATX Motherbaord, Audio LAN SATA-RAID A7V600-X, Via KT600 ChipSet 333/400 FSB, ATX, up to 3GB DDR400/PC3200, 1 AGP 8x, 6 PCI, onboard 6-channel Audio, 10/100 LAN, Serial ATA RAID, ATA133 Support and USB2.0

RAM: 169.99$

Corsair Value Select 1GB (2x512MB) DDR333/PC2700 Memory, CL2.5 OEM, NoN-ECC, Unbuffer, CL 2.5, Voltage 2.5V, 2.7 GB/s bandwidth

trying to find cheaper price for these items.... if i chose the wrong 1's say sumthing

I'd just say go 64bit, save for a bit longer. It's well worth your money. (esspecially if you plan a gig of memory screw the memory and get the 64bit cpu :-D )

Find out if your processor is a Barton( it should be ,it has 512 L2 and OC the heck out of it!!!!!!!!Good CPU yup!You should TRY to pay a little more for a good board if your gonna OC,and the ram...I would say salso spring for the PC3200 because your gonna have NO fsb OC ability.Just my two cents.\\\\REP//
