Not sure if this is the proper forum, but is has to do with power sooo..

Tripped upon this one. Might be of some very good use.

Oh, this is my favorite PSU calculator. Not only is it thorough, but it's highly educational. I highly recommend this.

But is it accurate?

I would say it's the most accurate one. But no PSU calculator is accurate.

I've had people complain about that PSU calculator for 1 reason: things like their motherboard chipset or CPU weren't included. So then the next choice, of course, is this one: http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp

The aanet calc seems to be the most reliable, in fact I'm pretty sure I am the one that introduced TwoCables to it. It has arguably more accurate overclock numbers and it displays what is needed on the three major rails. It stresses quality and that generic PSUs are not honestly rated. It may need an updated selection, but you can normally get close enough with the hardware listed.
