. 2.4 might be your limit, you might be able to get 2.5...but its gonna require some volts..
who knows, you might have a great chip..

what multiplier is locked? the htt multi? Cause you dont need to mess with the cpu multi....watch your temps, you are gettin high on the vcore for that winnie.
I think you are just at the chips wall, unfortunately..you could always get a venice that will get higher...$140

you could also use the 133 divider just so you know that your cpu is the only thing that could be the cause of instability...I would use the 133 and just focus on your chip OC.
