Abit IP35 Pro DRIVERS NEEDED!

18501 Views 11 Replies 7 Participants Last post by  greyowl
Hey yall. Just picked up a IP35 Pro and can't find the ethernet drivers anywhere on the Abit page or the net. This board did not come with a driver disk so I am stuck. Could somebody with this board e-mail me the ethernet driver? If you do I will be eternally grateful.

PM me if you have the driver and I will give you my email. Or better yet, attach it here if that will work. Thanks guys!

Yes it is a giant crock of....I will save the myself the infraction.

As far as the second reply, those are not turning out to work so good. I think it has to do with the dual gigabit ethernet ports on the board. I may get that working.

But the best case scenario is getting the original driver package, with the installer, emailed to me. Somebody has to have this board and one minute of their time?

I went through this a week or two ago. I reformatted and couldn't find the drivers anywhere. Since I bought the board used, it didn't include any software.

I ended up using the lan drivers linked above and it didn't work, initially. Then a few days later I tried using that computer and all of a sudden they were working.
For which OS and which drivers?
I saved the drivers I would need from the website before it closed down as a just in case type of thing.

PM me if you need them.

Edit: Just saw it was the ethernet drivers.
Edit 2: The only ones I didn't download. >_>

Sorry for the double post, but I am just gonna disable onboard ethernet and go PCI. Thanks for the help. Maybe next time.
Well Gmail didn't allow me to send it, so I will just upload it here.

Ok this is the original set of realtek rtl8169/8110 family gigabyte ethernet nic lan drivers from the abit ip35 pro install cd. I thought I had lost mine and was quite frustrated as none of the downloads off the net allowed my device manger to recognize my lan ports. However upon finding the cd again they installed no problem. So for anyone else out there who may need them and is frustrated with abit's crappy site. These are versions for vista and various older windows. I tried to attach them to this post but for some reason the upload failed on overclocks site so I uploaded the to rapidshare and megashare.
