I'll get fully 100% of performance from a overclock with a good motherboard (like giga, msi, asus gaming series) chipset h87 or h97 comparing with a z97 chipset? And cpu stock performance ( i5, or i7 )
Are you asking about whether a motherboard's chipset could reduce the effectiveness of a GPU overclock? More specifically, whether there is a different between Z97, H97 and H87?
If that's the question; no.
Your chipset does not affect video performance unless the chipset does not provide enough PCIe bandwidth (which is never a problem with single GPU setups). However, some GPU setups will be bottlenecked by the processor, which can be sped up by overclocking; many chipsets do not let you overclock.
