Unless someone has a better deal, seller, or monitor for the money....just trying to put out one final request so I dont order this and realize the next day I could have picked a better one!

haha i know its overwhelming...well from all my research id say go for the qh270-lite if you can get it cheaper (speakers arent really worth it) and get it from either ta planet or green-sum. I only did the speakers because the price difference wasnt that big of a deal and sometimes its nice to have em if i dont feel like throwing on my headset

In my personal opinion, I wouldn't buy a monitor just because it has speakers with it. You can buy a set of cheap speakers anywhere and I doubt the ones built into the monitor are that great.

For gaming the MS time is pretty bad, my monitor has an MS of 2. IMO Samsung are really good for televisions or monitors, check something from them perhaps?

EDIT: This imo would be better.

well the monitor your recommending is 1080p and a TN panel vs a 1440p IPS...6ms is fine and to be expected with an IPS....the pq and resolution are worth it IMO

the speakers really have nothing to do with it...

The only problem I have with that monitor (besides the fact it's 50$ more) is that it's got a built in scaler which, to my understanding, causes significantly more input lag than the dvi-d only Korean models.

same but I read a little more and if you use display port it skips the scaler and the lag. $50 isn't too much to buy local with a warranty and return policy

I did research that monitor before buying the Shimian, and shipped its about 70$ more expensive. Which for me, isn't worth it. Greensum has a good track record for returns and pays for return shipping, so although it'd be more of a hassle to ship to S Korea, the convenience of local isn't worth 70$ for me...

Oh and I almost forgot the most important thing...Auria has an AG coating....Shimian doesn't....that was the biggest deal for me...I really didn't want another AG monitor

If I lived close to a micro center I would have definitely taken a look in person...check out the link I posted and read some of the opinions on the panel quality of the Auria before you get all impulsive on me

It does seem like some are ag and some aren't so you'd be safe to go see in person I'd be taking a risk by ordering
