Wow, looking very nice indeed. However one or two suggestions.

Corsair Dominator is 1.65V while SB is like max 1.6V!, go for Corsair Vengeance instead.
Why not go for Maximus extreme? Its got a more, extreme look, but that's just me.
If you can fork out so much money, why not get AX850?

Didn't even notice that. Correct, you want to get RAM that's under or at 1.6v.

also, the Maximum extreme is sold out on newegg, plus the I need at PCIe x1 slot for my wireless card (though I use LAN) and a PCI slot for my soundcard, which it doesn't provide.

Perfect!!!

The Vengeance RAM is amazing, I have it in my sig rig below. Only gripe people have with it are its timings.. But I don't overclock RAM usually, I just get it stable at advertised timings and voltages after I overclock my CPU.

How would disabling hyperthreading help me?

It will help OCing, and lowering temps when you don't need 8 threads if you're just gaming. If you're just gaming that's why i said to disable hyper-threading, cause it's not needed and like i said will lower temps when OCing.

As Rabbs said, it lowers temperatures since you'll only be using 4 cores instead of 8 virtual cores. I chose to keep mine on because I don't only use my 2600k to game. I encode, make GIFs, produce, run heavy software, etc.

Fixed for clarity. The i7 is not an 8 core CPU.
