Is this supposed to be a gamer case?

I think it looks fugly...

I'd like something a bit more conservative

Yuck. That's one of those cases that people get because they want to detract from what is actually IN the PC.

The inside has potential, but the outside is just tacky.

Wow look at the inside of that case... magnificent. if the mobo tray comes out Id be set... but Id need to throw away all the plastic on the outside of it, strip it down to the bare metal and make new outer panels for it to cure it of the ugly XD

But honestly I dont think if ever seen a more perfect inside -- its got everything Id ever need/want for cooling, space, and PSU on the bottom seperated by a plate.

Yeah the inside is absolutely fantastic!

I'd only dream of a case with insides like that (for now). But the outside is just

Stripping it down would be such a waste...you could just get a better case...
