How low can you go? I've gotten my 3000+ Winchester down to 1156 Mhz and .9 volts!

The chip could probably go lower, but that's as low as my board will let me. Has anyone else tried underclocking their chips? Running Prime95 like this, my "full load" temp is only about a degree from idle temp. Everyone post your best "Underclock."

I have an underclocked Athlon mobile 3000+. Using RM clock for voltage/multiplier on-the-fly adjustment. Running 4xmult idle and have quite low temp. It runs below 1V but I am using 1.3 to ensure stability.
Another clue for a silent PC is to select a effective CPU heatsink and silent fan. A have a massive cupper heatsink from thermaltake and a 12dBa 80mm Papst fan with RPM sensor. Running mobo fan control so the fan is real slow at idle. Also swapped power supply fan for 12dBa Papst. At idle the HD is making the most noise (Seagate barracuda, 28dB-29dBa idle spec.) Will change to a Seagate U-series 5400RPM 250G disk with 26-27dBa designed for silent PCs and is the most quiet disk on the market.
At full load overclocked to 288MHz HTT/memory and 2.3GHz CPU I am able to hear the CPU fan, but it is still real quiet.
