If by GPU rendering they mean that it will use the GPU to render everything that it displays, including flash, this are some exciting news.

Doubtful seeing as not everyone has a gpu lol. Unless it's like modular and can choose to use the CPU if no gpu is detected. I dunno. I'm a novice programmer lol.

Even if it's onboard, it's still a graphics processing unit.

why would microsoft do that? its like selling windows 7 and the aero effects only to work on nvidia cards. that would piss of a ton of people and microsoft would loose a TON of money.

if XMarks is available on IE I might try it. but I need my row of little icons to all my frequent sites. I'm way too lazy to type them in manually.
