I have a stock msi 6970. I have no problems with it, but I would rather a quieter fan. Living on the US space station means everything is more expensive here

. I do have access to a decently priced Accelero Mono Plus. My only problem with this cooler is the lack of vrm and vram cooling. Has anybody successfully tried this combo?

My second option (sticking to a budget) is a CoolerBoss VG909. Would either of these two listed coolers be any good with a 6970? or should I stick with stock cooling and wait for 16nm

Since both the 6970 and the 6950 have the same PCB I can't say why it should not work.
