Ad-Block for Chrome?

I am looking, and there are tons of supposedly "ad-blocking" add-ons for Chrome. Has anyone tried any that did work or didn't work?

I use Privoxy with absolutely no problems.

I saw that around a lot, I'll give it a shot.

Does it slow down the internet much?

I just gave Privoxy a shot and it leaves a huge white space where the adds were previously, is there any way to make it not show the huge white boxes?
