A fan controller is your best bet.
Add fan headers to existing setup?
Are there ways to add more fan headers to an existing MB using a card or adapter or something?

Fan controller or a Y-splitter cable is what you need.
Why would you want more fan headers on your motherboard? Boards can only handle so many watts going through those headers... like those 2 ^ said, you're better off with a fan controller or Y-splitter.
