advice for new mobo

so ive got 110-115 dollars because i RMAed my UD4P cause it died. but instead of sending out a new one, new egg gave me a refund. so i was wondering.. is the UD4P the best i can get for the price?

suggestions are welcome

Oh and it has a SB750 to unlock cores as well.
