advice for voltages instead of auto

hi ,
i got a asus p5q3 and a intel q9400 + 4 gig corsair ddr3 1600 ive got this running at 3.2 with 8x400 the voltages are 1.32 for cpu and 1.5 for ddr 3 running at 1333mhz its the other volts i could do with help with as there on auto.

get everest m8 and that will show you what voltages you are running for most things, and then you have a starting to point to try reducing from.

Find the max VID of your CPU there and work your way up, just make sure you don't go too high!

For example, my E5300 has a max VID of 1.365v however anything under 1.45v is safe.
