Case: Cooler Master COSMOS Black Label Edition
Power Supply: Corsair 1000HX Modular
Motherboard: EVGA LGA 1366 Intel x58
Processor: Intel Core i7 920 2.66GHz
Memory: Corsair Dominator 6GB (3 x 2GB) 1600MHz
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 285
Sound Card: AuzenTech X-Fi Prelude
Hard Drive: Western Digital VelociRaptor 300GB 10,000 RPM
Hard Drive: Western Digital VelociRaptor 300GB 10,000 RPM

The Western Digital VelociRaptors will be in Raid 0.
I plan to add an additional EVGA GeForce GTX 285 in the near future.

Loop 1
Radiator: Feser X-Changer 240mm
Reservoir: EK-Multioption RES 100 Rev.2
Pump: Laing DDC-3.2 (18W) 12V
Pump Top: XSPC Top for Laing DDC
CPU Block: Heatkiller CPU Rev3.0 1366
CPU Back Plate: Heatkiller Backplate 1366

Loop 2
Radiator: Feser X-Changer 240mm
Reservoir: EK-Multioption RES 100 Rev.2
Pump: Laing DDC-3.2 (18W) 12V
Pump Top: XSPC Top for Laing DDC
GPU Block: EK-FC285 GTX SLI (Acetal/Nickel)

Case Fans: Yate Loon D12SM-12 70.5CFM
Radiator Fans: Yate Loon D12SH-12 88CFM

Tubing: PrimoFlex Pro LRT Tubing 7/16 ID x 5/8 OD
Barbs: Danger Den "Fat Boy" 1/2 OD
Clamps: Breeze Miniature Hose Clamp 7/16in to 25/32in

Coolant: Custom Mix, I'll be using Distilled water with Pentosin G11 Blue, and PT Nuke

The loop will likely go, Radiator - Reservoir - Pump - Blocks. I would prefer Reservoir - Pump - Radiator - Blocks, but its unlikely I'll be able to set it up like that in my case.

I will have a T-Fitting in each loop going to a fillport that will be used as a drain.

Any other advice or comments are greatly appreciated.

The only suggestion I would make is to choose thicker fans. San Ace, Deltas, Ultra Kazes, Panaflows are all great choices.

T line > Pump > Rad > Cpu > Back

I couldn't really tell from your diagram the path.

T Line - Pump - Radiator - Block - Back to Pump/T Line

Also, I don't want to much noise hence the fan choices

Just a heads-up, those yate loon highs are pretty loud, I've got 4 of them on my rads right next to me, and they are tearing my ears apart.
