Advice on noise dampening foam?

How do these things perform? I may think about putting one sheet of it on my side panel. I won't be putting it on my other one because it won't fit. The cables back there are too thick as it is. When dust collects in the case, is there any problem with cleaning it off? How does the adhesive work also?

The only problem with that is the dynamat will cost more than the case did.
Yeah.... not looking to break the bank here.
I tried out foam a few years ago, it made no difference what so ever. So the next build I did, I designed it from scratch to use only quiet fans, cpu cooler etc, and low and behold it was almost silent.
