I just finished my new custom case, and i've been thinking about this air cooling solution :

What do you think? Seem to be a good airflow throuh the case?

As you see in the attachment, I've got 4x 80mm intake fans in the front.
Then 3x 80mm exhaust in the back, and 1x 80mm top exhaust in the back.

In the middle, working as a air tunnel, my CPU heatsink. Thermaltake 102 Tower with 1x 80mm Aliminium intake fan, and 1x 80mm Aliminium exhaust fan.

Any suggestions, to what I could improve, edit and so on?

Thanks.

Do you care about noise at all? If so, move to a 120mm case fan setup. That many 80mm fans will be pretty loud.

As I've been testing it out now the setup doesnt make to much sound.

My sata disk runs on idle for 15*C and load while playing BF2 on 19-24*C
CPU went up to 35-41*C, case staying constanly at around 20-22*C

This is in a room with AC tho, and the air flow in the case seems very good, cleard the back of the case. So the exhaust air has about 1feet(30cm) of clear space, for the air to move on and not just crash into the wall behind it.
