I tried my best to get it out.... Ran the loop for a long time without cap to see if it would pass on it's own lol

There is always some air floating around. If it's running fine and not getting into your pump constantly, its fine. You can't have 100% full coolant with zero air. The air is needed for temperature expansion and since liquid does not compress, the tiny air left will.

Defoler's right...tip your case side to side and forward to back alternating power on/off occasionally. Some people advocate one small drop of dish soap (it relieves surface tension allowing the bubble to "slide" away)...but I've never had to try that.

Give it a gentle tap as you turn your pc on.

I had one that refused to budge at the fitting near my top rad...I gave it a little thwack as I turned the pc on and the pump kicked in...bubble disappeared.

This is incorrect. It is completely possible to have a 100% full loop. If it is not, then you are not bleeding it correctly. The only thing in your loop that should have air is your res. Technically, the res, while in your loop, is not part or your "flow" line. (Pump, rad, block) The res is the only thing that can or should have air. Even then it can still be filled to the top with minimal air. Air in the system can get trapped in many areas, the block, the rad. You just have to be patient and move the radiator around until it is empty of air. tilt, move, smack, w/e to get the air to move out of it.

if your using PTnuke, it should break up the surface tension of the bubbles to make them smaller so they can be filtered out of your loop and end up in your res.

Hence the reason for his post? And the "TWACK" works just fine

You can completely full a loop 100%, but it will not improve anything. A small air bubble is not going to affect the system. You can tip and rock all day, but getting it out is not needed for the system to work.
