Hello Everyone!

Allods Online Closed Beta 2 starts December 1st! Unfortunately all 10,000 of the beta keys of have been handed out already.

For those of you that have made it in: Who will be in Closed Beta 2?

I want to get a list of everyone who is planning on participating in closed beta 2 so if OCN members want to link up with each other they can. The more of us that can get together the more fun it can be and who knows what may transpire!

If you are participating in Closed Beta 2, please post in this format as best you can:

*Edit* Game supports Crossfire better then I've seen in others. Both GPU's running 85-95% most of the time on Max 1680x1050 16AF8AA. Loving that XD (No visual slowdowns, but I forgot to check fps, will edit in next time I play)

Alright Vix! Glad to hear you worked through the problems you were having! Sorry I wasn't much of a help, but at least you are on now. Thanks for posting in here as well. We can all meet up sometime, I have Empire and League characters so its all good.

I honestly did not like this game. Played through the tutorial and played around a bit, but ultimately uninstalled. Graphics are OK at best, even at the maximum settings. Can't use mouse to look around (like you can do in WoW). Camera option to follow you does NOT actually follow, I still have to either use E/Q or mouse.

Too similar to WoW is my ultimate gripe.

I really wanted to like this game, it just fell short.

Just wanna remind you it is a beta, though I'm not sure how much will change with release (cause the game seems pretty solid as is).

So how is team OCN enjoying the game so far? Lets have a status update for those still with us!

Right now my Empire Psionist is almost 11. I am questing in Igsh currently and am waiting to tackle some quests from XAES when i can get a party together.

Playing as League now. Like them a little more then the Empire. Will post name/race when I play the game next.

Played it a little bit. Game is pretty overwhelming though after you get through that newbie area and out into the world. I also need to look around in options or something to see if it has some sort of autoattack, it's a pain clicking every time you want to attack.

Also would like to mention even though it's a bit late... you can move the camera with your mouse by holding either right or left click (one or both, can't remember).

Edit: It's both. Left click moves it independent from the character and right click moves both the character and the camera.

I started on League. Usually I am attracted to the natural, green and blue landscapes when it comes to MMOs, but I rolled an Empire character just to try it out and I was really excited by the depth of the experience. The neo-fascist vibe and oppressive over tones is very well done. It feels different than any other starter city I have scene. I think the foreign/Russian influences on the content is REALLY refreshing.

Yeah, for some reason I found the Empire starter city overwhelming and a little, I guess claustrophobic. On Heiratal I was racking up quests with no end in sight. At least on League I've so far managed to get quests done before new ones show up. And on the League side I've had a few good "humor" moments. In the starting area there was a troll boss and through shouts we managed to get a 18 person-ish raid going. Our strategy was "Throw our corpses at it". It was working great till we got its hp to 58%, then we ran out of corpses.

All in all, the game is a good pass time so far. My really only complaint is it never feels like you are getting any wheres with your stat points. Level up, only get one stat point to place, but all your other stat benefits seem to get worse every level. Oh, and no auto-melee, that's a bummer

I do miss the Arisen though, such a cool looking race. *Edit* Think I'll reroll Heiratal now and try another class XD
