Alternative to Mayhems Blitz for rad cleaning?

Same problem in Thailand. Bought distilled water and treated it with mayhems biocide and inihibitor

I guess that's better than nothing but I think Mayhems Blitz uses acids for deep cleaning. Maybe I'll send them email and see what they can suggest.

Oh yes, I also blitz mine, had a left-over from a year ago. Make sure you flush it out good with distilled water

Can a vinegar and water solution also be used to flush the whole system? Mine is probably ready for an annual clean.

I would recommend against it, although it's perfectly fine for radiators. Might be safe to use with acrylics and other components, however do not use the strong distilled vinegar. Try and look for Aquatuning SysClean - HPD high power lime remover 50ml which is just as good, as Blitz part 2.

Nope, because acrylic hates alcohol/vinegar. Copper parts, you wanna use ketchup, or a vinegar/salt/hot distilled water solution. For everything else dishwasher.

I use Vinegar + salt + warm water solution to flush my rads, rinse and repeat if necessary (usually do it 2-3x)..works like magic everytime done right!!
NO, big NO. Few years ago I tried it and it ate nicked plated EK blocks to oblivion, next day I had flocks of nickel flowing through the loop.

For blitz pt 1, you can use distilled white vinegar. It is already diluted as it comes (5% acid), so I just pour it in to the rads straight up. Never use in the loop, it will damage nickel and possibly other stuff like acrylic.
For blitz pt 2, you can use liquid soap. A few drops and you will get the surfactants of blitz pt 2. Might want to just ensure the soap you are using doesn't also have nasty stuff in it, although I think Dawn is fine to use (even the kind with a bit of bleach in it...there isn't enough bleach in it to damage anything).
I have also seen people recommend using bleach to clean as an "in-between" of these two methods -- kills growth and cleans dirt out of there if you follow it up with a little soap. Just do not mix bleach and vinegar (chlorine gas, I think). I have not tried using bleach, but I've seen 25/75 bleach and distilled water recommended. I want to do some more research on that, because I'd love to have the option of a full-system cleaning agent that you can use on other parts aside from radiators.

Was that when all the EK stories of masses amount of blocks flaking away or was it before that?

No. Just like Mayhems Blitz Part 1, it would only be for radiators. You do not want acidic solution in any of the blocks or other loop components.
I've also used the diluted vinegar method in the past and worked fine. After flushing the vinegar out, I have also seen some followup with a baking soda solution just to ensure they neutralize any remaining vinegar. I've not done that myself, but is an option.
Alternatively have also seen other just hook their radiators up to a sink and flush it with constant running warm/hot water for several hours before final flushes with distilled.
Whatever floats your boat.
The rest of the system, should at least flush with distilled water, drain, repeat a few times. The Mayhems Blitz Part 2 is not an acid. It counteracts any lingering acid from Part 1 and just acts as a cleaner and to balance your system pH.
You might also find some other products as well. I know Primochill makes a rad cleaner and a system prep, but I honestly have no experience with them to know if they are any good.

Sorry if I've missed something but what is recommended to use to clean the loop components, radiators and system as a whole? Would a cycle of dish soap work? I'll actually be putting a brand new LGA 1700 CPU block in so the only existing components will be my GPU water block and pump/res. I know Mayhems Blitz is trusted but it's far too expensive to order from the UK these days.

I use toothpaste for fittings, inside of blocks, works very well for fins, just make sure you pick up toothbrush that is hard or extra hard, you wanna get between those tight fins and get gunk out or remove stain, if you had color in your fluid. For rads, I use just hot tap water and let it run through em, I had mayhems blood red stain two of my rads pretty badly inside, the fittings and o-rings needed good wash, treads were bad as well, walls of rads were affected by color change but nothing major, for that thing to wash out, you would need some type of cleaner like blitz kit I guess, however I didnt bother with that, I washed em with hot tap water out and afterwards, I used just clear coolant, the stained rads didnt affect color of new coolant and there was no undesirable effects on new luube as well, however some part of my rads inside are still a bit red, thats why no more colors for me, I want clean rads inside. If you want something to clean your system without you needing to disassembly it, I have no idea, better clean everything properly and change tubing too.

Thanks @Zfast4you but I've only ever used clear distilled water with Mayhems Biocide and Inhibitor and I think my GPU block/fins are still very clean. I wanting to know more about a system prep solution that can be used throughout the whole loop.

SysClean - HPD does work.
Used it myself, though I recommend you use it as the recommended dilution on the package. I went with more diluted mix with more water and I saw I could have used the proper mix in my system for a better cleaning effect. I had a nasty problem and it worked quite well on it.
Just use the proper portion of mix as instructed. Though it might mean you use a whole bottle for a single cleaning.
It does foam somewhat initially so don't overfill your reservoir.
I used it as a whole loop cleaning without taking parts out, just flushed it properly after with straight to tap connection in parts afterwards.
