You've got everything, though I don't trust the Raidmax PSUs. They tend to be pretty shoddy.
You think that Raidmax PSU will be good for the 965 140watt and the 5770 ? The 5770 is a low power card so I assumed it would be pretty good...

This is my first real build so I wanted everything to be good but still under $1000 if possible.... What else should I consider adding, maybe aftermarket CPU cooler? Switch up the 4 gigs of ram for 6 ?
Yea.. Get a CM Storm Scout case.. and a Xigmatek 1283 cooler or a dark knight. and a good Power supply. dont go with a cheapo.. You will be sorry in the end. The corsairs are usually on sale on newegg.com
That is nearly identical to my system I just built. Awesome motherboard, great video card, fast ram. Get a C3 stepping Phenom.
I would definitely recommend getting a different PSU. Get something more expensive. If your PSU dies, there's a good chance it'll take your entire computer with it. I'd look into Corsair if you can afford it.
The Phenom II 965 isn't c3 stepping?
It depends on where you get it. The stepping is a revision. Some places still have C2's in stock. You might be better off picking it up at a Microcenter so you can check to make sure it's C3.
I prefer the MSI 790fx, and I like OCZ psu's for budget psu's.
The last build i did was just over $1000, but you will probably save the money on the gpu. Also i am running the same MB and it seems to be stable and user friendly. GL
