Alrite here is what I am going to by... Can someone tell me if I forgot anything or have something I don't need in there before I hit the "Buy" button?

Or...

Should I get 6 of these Yate Loon 120mm fans instead of those 3 Panoflos?
>These<
It would cost quit a bit less and I could do a push/pull instead of just pull..

3 Panaflo's - $45.24
6 YateLoon's - $32.14

Also Is there a variable single switch I could by that can control the speed of 6 fans?

Yes, I would go with 6 silent Yates instead of 3 high speed Panaflos. Other than that, looks complete to me.

PS. However, I would by Yates from PetrasTechShop. Another good option would be to get three Scythe S-Flex fans. These are awesome.

Yeah I thought going with 6 Yates would probably be better.. Eh I don't like PetrasTechShop, almost everything they have listed is out of stock, and I don't want to buy from somewhere like that... and it is more expensive there.

Alrite so thats it then, I am not missing anything?

I would go with the panaflo's. I love mine. The only thing I might suggest is better tubing. I skimped a bit in the past and ended up with stained lines. Also, many will recommend 7/16" tubing as it holds better on 1/2" barbs, but if you are careful and use clamps (like it looks like your gonna) not a big difference. You should pick up some cheapo 120mm fans so you can cut them to make shrouds. It will definitely help performance. A few 25mm or 38mm fan frames work great and you can usually get them really cheap since the fans themselves don't matter. I am also assuming you have a UV light for that coolant? Helps to leak test.

Hmm, are you running Push/Pull with your panaflo's?
I was planning on buying Tygon 3603, but it is just so expensive.. I can order 14ft of the stuff I have on for cheap, and it is very unlikely that I will even use close to half of it in my computer case.

Hmm well I was planning on making a shroud out of acrylic, so I have that covered, but thanks for the suggestion
.

Yep I have a couple UV lights lying around.

PetrasTechShop is a great store and are the only ones who order their Yates directly from the company. Tests have show their Yates perform different (better) than the Yates from other stores.

Unless you have a fan controller to tone the fans down, I wouldn't go with those Panaflos as they will be very loud.

Don't worry about the tubing, you'll be fine with that.

hmm... maybe there fans are Factory Overclocked?

Well the reasoning behind having a fan controller would be for when I need to do an all out Bench run I can turn them all the way up, and when I need a little more quit I can turn them down.. But I cant really use any off the shelf fan controller as I am building the case custom, and it is going to be very compact.

hmm
Yeah, I might get a bit less.. I think it would be very unlikely if I even used more than 5ft. in my case as everything is going to be very close and as short as possible.

Man that clearflex aint so clear, what did you use in that?

I use distilled H20, a few drops of PT nuke and a bit of pentosin. I have done some research and everyone that has had this happen has been using cheaper tubing while the folks that use better stuff (tygon, masterkleer, xigmatek etc.) has not had this issue. Since distilled cools better than 95% of commercial coolants out there, I would rather spend more on tubing that won't stain and less on coolant. I think feser is the only one that performs on par (maybe slightly ahead) of distilled. I am currently redoing my build and I decided to go with UV tubing from xigmatek and see how that goes.

hmm, well I think for now I am willing to risk it.. I will see how the cheap stuff works and if its crappy maybe I will by better stuff next time.

pentosin? (some kind of anti algae stuff?)

Panaflo fans, for sure. Pentosin is an anti-corrosive agent, it's what Audi uses as their antifreeze in their vehicles. If you run an all copper loop (or any non-mixed-metal loop), then you really don't need Pentosin.

It didn't effect performance at all, so you may get luck and have no problems. As far as the pentosin, I didn't use it as a biocide, more for UV purposes (leak testing) It is basically antifreeze. Even the PT nuke is redundant as, as was stated, in all copper loops, there is no corrocion and the copper actually acts as its own biocide. I do recommend a fan controller with either the panaflo's or the yates. They are fairly cheap ($25 for the sunbeam) and work well. I like to turn my rig down at night etc.

Ahh Audi's, well luckily my loop is all copper.

Ah I see.

Yeah I am going to have to find a single knob fan controller that can controller 6+ fans with that one knob.
I have a Sunbeam fan controller, but my custom case will not allow for anything that big. I will probably end up having to make one myself.

If you are using only 3 fans you need higher speed fans or you might not pull sufficient air from the other side. If you are using 6 fans I would use low speed fans.

As for the tubing, I've used Tygon and even Tygon got stained with time.

No im gunna use the 6 YateLoons, the panaflows are to expensive.

Yeah I figured that they all probably get stained eventually.

i personally would get the DD/BP fat boy fittings that i listed in your other thread. my blocks came with these fittings and they are sharp. they can easily cut you. i would know cause i got a huge gash because of them so i switched.
