AM3 Motherboard and 4GB DDR3 (1600)

I need an appraisal for my motherboard and Ram. Both are in perfect condition, boxes included. I'm moving to i7, parts already ordered.

Gigabyte MA770T-UD3P (F5d current BIOS)

4GB (2x2GB) G-Skill DDR3 (1600) RAM
