First of all, fill out your system specs. Go to your control panel ('User CP' link at the top of this page in the link/tool bar) and it should be on the left hand side with a few other options, such as setting your avatar and signature. That way we can better help you.

Also, go to www.cpuid.com and download CPU-Z. It will give you information on your processor and RAM for overclocking, as well as some basic info on your motherboard and graphics card. You also should download a temperature and fan speed monitoring program to make sure your CPU isn't heating up to unhealthy levels. I suggest NextSensor, which you can download at http://cbid.amdclub.ru/

i just wanted to know what some outher ppl would put there settings. at if thay had my pc. im not afrade to brack it so any suggestions would be nice.
Download the programs I told you to download. One will monitor your temperatures (to make sure your system is at a healthy temperature) and the other will show you information on your CPU and RAM. Post a screenshot of the CPU tab and the RAM tab in CPU-Z so we can actually help you

Go in the bios and start raiseing your fsb by 2 or 3 mhz in tell it becomes unstable, keep a eye on the temps, don't go past 55c. under load. if you got good temps under load, then you can increase your vcore a little to get more overclock out of it. 1.7 is safe max vcore with good cooling.
