Hi all
i have atlon 64x2 5000+
asus m2n32 sli deluxe bought new pso 700w
updated bios to latest now i need to try and overclock and i am completly new to this i have read all stickies but still not sure were to start can somebody please give me some setting to be going on with

The best thing to do would be just increasing the FSB (or whatever AMD calls it) little by little and testing it with Prime95. Also lower your memory divider so that your ram doesn't cause issues.

Filling out your system specs would be good for people trying to help you.
