i have a few questions about overclocking my CPU and some system settings. this may or may not be a problem but at both stock and overclocked settings (ill explain that later) my HT link on my CPU is in the low 1000's, and from my understandings it should be in the 2000-2200 range are they any concerns here? from my understanding these at pretty "safe" settings, however my system has a real problem with restarting after i "save and exit" from the BIOS. i know this can be do to a failed overclock but it seems to do it at random... when i looked into it i found out this problem can be common, is it somewhat normal for a system to "hang up" on such a restart.

is there anything that looks out of place? kinda new to this all and i did some research but i figure it is better to ask. as you can tell i am just messing with the FBS on the chip however any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you for your time!
