I'm building a system and want to know the safest stable clock speeds of a:

AMD FX-8320 & ASUS Direct CUii 7870.

I was thinking of a 5200mhz 7870 Effective Engine and Core of 1200mhz, Is this too much or too little? I've looked at quite a few reviews, benchmarks and most of them don't indicate the safest and most reliable overclock.

Also for the 8320 ill be purchasing a CoolerMaster Sedion 120M Closed Loop and want to know who the safest clock speed would be? I wouldn't mind topping the voltage up a tad too, just to push a little more juice to have it almost on par with a 8350.

Additional Mods will be SUPER ABSOLUTE Cable management with Modstream Black Sleeving kit.
Not one cable will be seen besides the actual plugs.

Additional fan for the cooler & front panels.
Additional 8PIN Extension cable, The 600W OCZ MXT has a short cpu power cable

black sleeved also...

The max clocks vary on each sample, the point of overclocking is precisely to find those clocks!
