Was reading some things across the net about AMD Athlon X2 Black edition being able to unlock 2 cores as an AMD phenom x2 quad core, seen some images also, anyone aware of how this is done?

You need a motherboard that supports core unlocking, sorry that I cant be more specific but Im in a rush. Will get back to you after school

could you fill out your computers specs?

Some processors can indeed do this, you have to get lucky though.
