AMD Dual Graphics Worth It? Work on DX9?

I have a laptop (A10-4600M) with two graphics processors (iGPU 7660G + dGPU 7670M) and seem to hear contradicting information about support of the Dual Graphics feature.

AMD's site for Dual Graphics claims it only works with DX10/11 applications, however, sites with benchmark results with/without Dual Graphics show a difference with DX9 applications. This article on Tom's Hardware in particular mentions a 12.6 beta driver that even adds DX9 compatibility.

Most of the games I play are all DX9, except few that use OGL.

Being worth it is kind of irrelevant since you already own the hardware.

Y u no try game with either mode and see what kind of performance difference you receive?

I mean worth it as in whether it should be enabled or not (I can use both GPUs together, or use only the 7670M by itself for demanding stuff). Some other information I've heard was that it was pretty much not useful on 7xxx Dual Graphics since the 7670M outperforms the 7660G by a good deal.

I could go try some games though I suppose; just didn't want any discoveries to be placebo or anything I guess.
