I'm using these settings.
CPU Multi x24
CPU Voltage 1.525v in bios
CPU Voltage 1.536v on CPU-Z under load
NB speed 2600
HT speed 2600
My cpu at 4.8ghz max out about 63c with theses setting.

EDIT
About 45 minutes in Prime95 it hits 63c, so I shut it down. Max temp safe is 61c.
Are you mix matching fans? Like Stock fan>Radiator> Kaze fan.

Thanks for the tip, how much voltage were you able to drop after changing this?
