Brand new in box, sealed. I believe it is the c3 stepping but I can't tell until I see what the power draw is right?

$180 shipped I say. Seeing as they go for about $190 new from a retailer.

Its the C3 stepping...125W, You can tell by the last two letters...GM

I think you can get 190 shipped if its new. Shipped price of course.
