AMD Quad Core with Zalman CNPS9700

The Antec 1200 has an exhaust fan on top of the case, then below is the CPU and my Zalman CNPS9700. What is the most optimised way of positioning this CPU fan? (The fan towards the video card, or the fan towards the top exhaust fan)

You want the CPU fan to exhaust into the 200mm fan on the top of the case.. I guess that would mean the fan would be closest to the video card.

You'd need to have the fan facing towards the video card and it will exhaust upward into the 200mm fan.
