I want to overclock my CPU I have it set at 2.0 from its stock 1.8... Im not totaly sure to how far i can take it.....Or none the less exactly what the procedure would be..I've read other forums and sites about overclocking, and none where to particular to my CPU or MOBO....Please Help

Probably near 3ghz

Assuming you have proper cooling of course. I don't think your mobo handles overclocking well though (assuming it's like most asrock boards)

Any particular procedure? My system stays around 46`C now and never shuts down

I don't think you can get it that much higher then

Try raising the voltage a bit and raise the "FSB" a bit more
