Edit: It's also a good idea to fill in your system specs under "User CP" so other users can help you with any question you have.

It gets really hot! And it eats about 500 Watts on load... Thats way too much for me.

Cramped motherboard, poor design, definitely needs a little boost in performance as well. The reason why it runs so hot is because your running 2 CPU's right next to each other. Not to mention they are still using the 90nm process...

Uh, wasn't Intel the first to plop 2 seperate cores onto the same package back with the Athlon X2 came out and Intel only had HT?

Sure AMD's 4x4 is a waste of time, but Intel has wasted peoples time before. IMO the Netburst architecture was a complete waste of years!
