Another 3800X2 OC question

I am trying to get my CPU to 2.75-2.8, but it seems almost impossible, Here are some bios stats: FSB=300x9=2.7(stable), HT freq 3x=900, CPU core=1.65, Chipset core=1.7, DDR core=3.0, RAM is DDR 600, timings=2.5,4,4,8 stock, I cant get stable at anything above 2.7, at 2.73 and above I get a BSOD at windows startup, temps =20idle, and 50load dual P95, I'm too scared to set the CPU core any higher(ie2.75) Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?

That's probably the limit of your CPU at that vcore. Try dropping the Ram speed and retesting with a higher HTT speed to check it's not your ram that's unstable. If it is your CPU, then I wouldn't really recommend pushing it much further.
That's a decent o/c though and an extra 100Mhz won't really make much difference to real world apps.

The PCI-E Freq is the speed at which the GFX communicates with the Motherboard. You can try raising this and see if your 3D apps are quicker, but with a single card this is very unlikely to do anything other than make your card hotter.

Raising the Chipset and LDT voltage can aid stability at high HTT levels. Bump them up a notch and test, but I doubt these are the problem.
