That's probably the limit of your CPU at that vcore. Try dropping the Ram speed and retesting with a higher HTT speed to check it's not your ram that's unstable. If it is your CPU, then I wouldn't really recommend pushing it much further.
That's a decent o/c though and an extra 100Mhz won't really make much difference to real world apps.
