Another build, input needed.

Will start off saying thank you for the last time, all the input i received has worked very well.

NEW BUILD

Have:
(1) 650W Power Supply (2 years old)
(1) 400GB Seagate HD (7,5000) (4 months old)
(1) CD/DVD Burner (2 years old)
(1) CD Burner (3 years old)
(1) 512mb BFG 9800GT (2 months old)
(1) Wavemaster case (2 years old)
(1) Creative X-Fi Soundcard (1 year old)

Need:
CPU: Should be quad core and stable.
CPU Cooling: looking for a fan, if stock fan is ok, then will stick with it.
Motherboard: Quad core capable, not doing water cooling.
Memory: Looking to do 8gigs with right OS (for rendering...)
Operating System: Vista Ultimate? (looking to make use of 8gig of ram)
Power Supply: yes i have one, but may need to upgrade
Case: Have a wavemaster case.. may upgrade.. suggestions?

Looking to spend around $800-$900 on new build, hoping to hit up some sales on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Any input that you guys can give will be great. Please ignore the build I have in my signature section, it was from a previous build for a friend.

This is what I have come up with so far. Please comment and suggest modifications to the list... again thanks for the help.
