Why dont the graphics card companys release a graphics card that runs at 1ghz+. Is it because the x86 architecture wont do graphics? the PCI-E bus runs at 4gb\\s, surely thats enough. It may not be cost effective but for the 'professional' or 'gamer' im sure it would sell.
Its really got me baffled - i may not be the biggest graphics tech-head but im sure it could be done with a little effort on their side
