I am in the proccess of picking 3 vid cards for my 790i 3x SLI. I have an antec 1000 PS. I can't seem to find any info about the connectors available that come with the 260 to see if an antec 1000 can supply that amount of power, I know the 260 takes more then just 1 6pin. Would a 1000 be able to handle 3 260's? and if yes are there enough connectors that come the the vid card?

If I'm not mistaken the 65nm 260's take a 6-pin and an 8-pin PCI-e power cable. The 55nm 260's take 2 6-pins'.

Very true. Both my 8800GT and GTX 260 came with adapters that convert two 4-pin molex's to a 6-pin PCI-E. You will almost undoubtedly receive some with your new card
