Antec 900 fan controller

i have a noob question. I just bought an antec 900 and a kaze master 4 fan controller, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to plug it in. The antec fan has a 2 pin connector and a cord with the fan speed switch how would I hook that up to the kaze master which has a 3 pin connector?

Ahh, you will have to get a molex 4 pin to 3 pin connector, like this:

You don't have to have that one, you just need a molex 4 pin to 3 pin fan connector.

Good luck witht hat since the fans in the Antec 900 have a little controller wired up to themselves.

Ya, but he probably want to quickly controller them. I know I would on mine.
Yea that have that little controller so I'm thinking the only way I can connect them to a fan controller is if I cut the controller off the wire and connect it with the other two wires
Yes, or do what I said above. Buy some molex to 3 pin connector at a pc hardware shop.

I would highly suggest not cutting those controllers off!
What would the point of buying a 3 pin connector if the antec only has 2 pins coming out?
Change your fans. The Antec fans are not that good anyway. A few Ultra Kaze fans hooked up to fan controllers are much nicer.
I would personally change up the fans but its for my dads computer and he doesn't wanna loud fans so if there is no way to hook it up to a fan controller he'll just stick to the way it is.
I've just been thinking about the same thing for my Antec 900. In the end i thought it would be worth setting it all up with the fans on medium and see how it performs, then tweak each of the fans if i feel it would benefit from either greater intake/exhaust.

If i get down the line and its just not cooling correctly then i'll look at adding a controller and some better fans. But from the outset the money for the fans and controller and connectors just don't seem worth it until you know you need them.

I would also say don't cut off the controller wires unless you know what you're doing. 2 working fans is better than 2 non-working fans

You need these to do what you want. I had mine like that for a while. If you decide to go this route, make sure to keep the little control switch (why would you cut it off?) and keep it set to high, then use the kaze master to control the speed down from there.

Or you could return the 900 and kaze master and buy an antec 902... fan speed knobs built in on the outside of the case

Any one heard of tying all the small attached switches in to one master switch. That way you can just flip on switch and adjust 5 fans at once. Game mode, movie mode and word processing mode. Would be nice.

I was considering extending my switch wires to someplace on the top of my case so I wouldn't have to open up the side to make adjustments.
