I have a relatively new Antec Neo Eco 620c 620W PSU that I have for about ~6 months now. It works like it should performance wise other than the fan will rattle when its put under load. Its steadily driving me nuts. What can be done about the rattle?

I'm not afraid to crack it open if needed... I've dealt with PSU's before.

Looks like some dust might have gotten into the fan center mechanism.

If it's under warranty, it should easily cover it.
If it's not, I had the same problem with a PSU of another computer of mine. I just took it open, didn't touch any of the PSU inside PSU parts, but the fan and just oiled the mechanism. It's really silent again.

If you decide to take it apart, make sure you pull out the cable first and then push the power button of the computer, it helps to release the leftover power in it. Remember that it's still considered dangerous though.

Also remember to disconnect all of the PSUs connectors to other computer parts.
