Any bottlenecks?

I was wondering if there are any bottlenecks on my current system, and what level of performance increase I could expect if I fixed them. Recently my computer has been freezing/running very slow lately, and my last mobo of the same model fried a short while after I got it, so I think one of them may be my motherboard.

I think a lack of RAID 0 may also be slowing me down, but I'm not sure.

Looks fine to me, a Mate had a Q6600 and 8800GT and thing ran like a dream, Pretty sure the 4850 Kicks the 8800gts bum.

Maybe needs a Defrag, and clean up?

I've been keeping it defragged with a good defragger, and I'm not quite sure what you mean by cleaning up.

It stalls up periodically no matter what I'm doing (even simple things like browsing the web), and I've been taking good care of it, so I think that a component may be at fault. It's not running nearly as fast as I know it should.

I know I'm going a bit off topic, but any help is appreciated.

Your system looks fine to me. Every install of Windows get's slower overtime, so maybe it's time for a re-install?
