Just noticed on Fileplanet there is a new Mod for COD WAW called Vietnam mod?

I am wondering if anybody has tried it and can respond on how good it is? I have never used Mods for multyplayer games before, So to use this mod, I have to pick the servers that that have people only with same mod right? And can I jump back to regular WAW mp games if I want with out having to uninstall anything?

Yes I tried it and it was cool! I found two good servers running it:

ToB|WaW VietnamMOD 64.34.184.16:28940
AA[FLOT]AA Vietnam MOD 64.34.182.252:28961

Just download the files, extract them and put them in the appropriate places. Just remember for WaW you have to enable hidden files and folders to see where they go.

Hi all, i am the mod creator, the download on Fileplanet is an installer so no need to worry about decompressing anything, just the zip you get from the download then run the EXE.

There are many servers running the mod, you can check them out here:

Not sure about you guys, But really like being able to blow limbs and body parts off in WAW. Why did Modern Warfare 2 disable this feature?? Too bad, Would've been cool if IW added it to their game too. Oh well, I sill live my WAW game

I'm not too sure what the problem was, it just crashed to desktop when loading the mod. I fixed it by defragmenting the game's cache files in steam, I've just tried it on another PC and it worked fine first time so I probably had a misplaced file somewhere or something along those lines.

I installed the mod but could not find any servers with a decent ping that had anyone one it, so I just ran around and enjoyed the game design, love the booby trap

Has any one gone to the designers web site and left a comment about the mod
