Was wondering anyone know it is used with gigabytes motherboard? like I know gigabytes board have this metal plates in the back, do i need to remove those and use the once i got with my megahalems or can I use gigabytes's?

I can imagine you can use the regular backplate (If thats what its called on AMD boards) that gigabyte's comes with, however to be safe I would use the one it comes with.

I guess I have to remove the stock orange looking thing that i mount regular heatsink on right?

yes just unscrew the stock mounting adapter

Yup, just remove the old one that comes on the board and use the new supplied back bracket
