you can try Asus PC probe
its ASUS's official monitoring software. also have you tryed updating your BIOS?

no, from what I have gathered from your other post your PC is a Compaq.
the only bios that will work with your board is the one from the compaq website.
wile yes HP/Compaq use an Asus board based on one of Asus's main lines it is made a bit diffrently.

yep, just like I thought. its the A7V8X-LA
its the same board I got from HP. there is nothing you can do with it. and when I say nothing I meen nothing.

there is no software, bios updates or any thing that works w/ that board.
I spent a month and a half trying diffrent software and stuff with it. nothing worked.

hmm...wow...i wish i had a brain in my head so i could told my mom to stop paying the nice man at cc for this computer...lol. I think i may get that mobo in the near future...broke ass kiddo right now lol
